• Certified worker has reason to believe that dangerous circumstances exist

• Dangerous circumstances

  • contravention of OH&S Act and/or Regulations
  • contravention poses a danger to workers
  • delay in controlling may seriously endanger workers

• Restricted if work stoppage endangers safety of another person
