FIRST AID FOR SPRAINS AND STRAINS I-C-E
I - Ice, apply a cold pack. Do not apply ice directly to skin.
C - Compress, use an elastic or conforming wrap - not too tight.
E - Elevate, above heart level to control internal bleeding.
